Someone sent this to me and I have absolutely no idea whatsoever why. I mean, I can't think of any two people at all in this kind of relationship. Can you?

OMFG - my hubby's not a pediatrician but GAWD, I hate it when he asks me how my day was after talking about the crazy sick people he's dealt with all day. It's not an ice cream factory but I work from home which some figure is about the same....maybe I'm going to go drown myself in some rum raisin now....
