I think I dug the colors more in the first one, but this one's a lot less busy. The gold looks particularly nice against the blue.

I know how gay this is going to sound, but I think it's time to move on past "blog meets" and put together the Blog Quilting Bee. Maybe work it into a WYSIWYG performance art piece where we all sit around telling stories while we quilt (you can sing yours, of course). Something along the lines of a real-life blogger "How To Make An American Quilt".
