It's quite lovely! You are a master with the needles. I'd love a big doyle for my piano! In case you're taking requests.

How can wool serve effectively as a cock ring??? Hmm...

VERY impressive, and yet I inexplicably am left wondering which one of you bitches is my mother. What's up with that?

Lovely and kudos on the Seattle workshop thingy.

Hey, is that the Branching Out scarf from Knitty? Cause that was my first attempt at lace, too! This is gorgeous. I did mine in grey alpaca and it curls in on the sides, no matter how much I block it.

"Joe: Answer the sports questions in Trivial Pursuit."
Ack! Me either. However, I suspect that you could memorize all the sports question answers (like Suzanne Sugarbaker in a classic DESIGNING WOMEN ep) and still win.

Faustas, dearie, excellent job! What was the yarn? After I start my 12 Step group for sock knitters, I'm going to try lace. (But I'm not going into recovery for a while yet!)
Lauren -- If you can't use a cock ring, I'll trade you the tampon cozy one of my old SnB members gave out as a party favors. (I'm the only guy -- I held it up and said, "Oh, dear. I'm never going to fit in this." She didn't get it.)And you know what they say -- a guy can't ever have too many cock rings!

I admire a man who can knit lace. I still haven't tackled lace knitting myself. I don't really ever knit anything but stockinette in the round. I don't really enjoy purling.

Very nice. What yarn did you use?
21) David said (on 05/ 5/06 at 03:44 PM):
Your first attempt. Franklin is going to HATE you.

Oh dear, you are like Gay Gayerson gay now. I love, love, love it.

Wow that looks like it took forever. You had to be really bored to be inspired to try and make lace. Very pretty though. I imagine that if I tried that it would look like someone threw up some yarn.

Lynn in Tucson,

25) Michael said (on 05/ 8/06 at 02:14 AM):
Very nice -- how long did it take to make?
26) Bill said (on 05/ 8/06 at 11:04 AM):
Very nice. Now you need to learn tatting.
27) Tallguy said (on 05/21/06 at 11:42 PM):
That is excellent! I haven't done the Branching Out yet, but it's on my list.. yes, I have a list.
