On the other hand, it has ceilings.
So we’re probably coming out ahead in the end.

I always assume that if you buy a forclosure property that some big dude with a sawed off shotgun will show up on your doorstep some day and say, “Yer in mah home! Git out!” (Or with whatever accent applicable.)
