That was very funny. What was also very funny was when I was looking at my web bookmarks today, and somehow misread "The Search for Love in Manhattan" as "The Search for LUNCH in Manhattan." And then I got hungry. For pancakes. Ah well.

OK, call me a geek, but we did this very same experiment in 6th grade, except we compared a tennis ball and the earth. And it turns out the earth is smoother than a tennis ball. A much more momentous discovery than the pancake one, I think.
