For those of us delighted by the publicity stills of Daniel Radcliffe in Equus, here is another one that, inexplicably, hasn’t received as much play. It is most definitely not safe for work. I am no computer maven, so I cannot swear it has not been altered, but it seems genuine enough to me.

I would like to point out, by the way, that in real life I am so not interested in younger men. When it comes to anything but the vaguest and most fleeting of fantasies, I’m like, ew, if you didn’t see The Dark Crystal in the theater, get away from me.

I’m older than you are, but I didn’t see The Dark Crystal in the theater, so I will keep my distance.

Well, I’m in no doubt of its inauthenticity, but it’s certainly pretty 🙂

When you zoom up really close, you can see a fuzzy line, right above his “endowment” leading me to believe that this is not authentic (along with the fact that this is b/w and the origionals are in color) on the upside- zooming in on Harry Potters nether region is a completely rewarding experience.

I am not computer savvy and what’s worse I have not had sex since the first Clinton administration, but it looks fake to me. (My favorite photo is the one in jeans.)

PS I am not a pedophile either but I like beauty.

Well as long as they don’t mess up the Dark Crystal sequel with any naked puppet on puppet action…unless, you know, that’s your bag.

Since the age of consent in England is 16 I’ve decided that being attracted to Harry Potter is not pedophilia. I’m sure that photo is fake but damned if it doesn’t give me ideas.

Fake. I read an account of someone who attended a performance that his actual scrotum-to-penis ratio is the exact opposite of this photo. Large sack, small stem. But he is uncut.

    Petrificus Dickphallus!

Even I am ashamed of myself for that.

Just thought I’d try to tie in a Dark Crystal reference. (Yes, I saw it in the theater, and yes I own the DVD.)

I did see Dark Crystal in the theater. I did not, however, see Puppetry of the Penis in ANY theater. Mentionng that show of glandular manipulation seems appropriate for the digital manipulation going on in the photo.

Hmm. We didn’t have movie theatres in Pakistan (not any playing English films of any sort at any rate) while I was growing up, but I DID watch the movie at home several times.

Can definitely confirm it as a fake – I just got home from seeing it, and David’s description is spot on – large sack, smaller shaft. (I make no judgement, some of us are showers, others growers) Interestingly his chest seemed less hairy than in the production stills – perhaps it was just the stage lights washing out some detail.
