Today I went to the gym and worked out for the first time in over ten years. My body is in agony.

I’d better start developing muscles quick, because otherwise I don’t know how long I can keep this up.

It didn’t help that there wasn’t any action in the steam room.

    sadly the only thing that will ease the pain is… going back for yet another workout… welcome to the new ‘crack’ and yes… it’s the gym. Welcome to my hell.

    I used to go to the gym two or three times a week, and didn’t lose an inch.

    I quit the gym, quit my job and changed my life around…and lost 10 lbs without even trying.

    Everyone is insanely jealous!

    Steam room action is the best part of the gym. You should consider David Barton. And for that matter, so should I, cux my gym ain’t never got nothin’ goin’ on in the steamroom!
